Ruth Obih
Managing Director/CEOOur team is led by Ruth Obih, in collaboration with other respected real estate advisors worldwide.
Ruth is the founder and Chief Executive of 3invest, with a legal background and over 17 years of experience. She is a highly accomplished real estate executive acknowledged as a top investment advisor in the field. Ruth's professional journey commenced with her legal studies and admission to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She further honed her skills through education at prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, MIT SA+P, and Wharton, UPenn. In 2010, Ruth established an advocacy platform that transformed the Nigerian real estate industry, introducing resources such as the weekly radio show "Real Estate On Air" and the annual premium event "Real Estate Unite. As an advocate for sustainability, Ruth, through her company 3invest, is leading the way in decarbonising Nigeria's real estate sector, emphasising enhancements in how people live, work, and invest.
